Here you will find the privacy policy for VODE, valid from July 1, 2024.

Information about our processing of personal data about you should be clear and easily accessible so that you have the opportunity to have a good understanding of how we use this information.     We are responsible for how personal data is processed via our websites and services, with the exception of company-specific matters.

      • Processing basis: GDPR Art. 6 No. 1 Letter b) (necessary for the performance of the agreement) and GDPR Art. 6 No. 1 Letter f) (balancing of interests).

      • We send newsletters and marketing materials to registered email addresses, based on consent or existing customer relationships.

      • Basis for processing: GDPR Art. 6 No. 1 Letter a) (consent) and GDPR Art. 6 No. 1 Letter f).

    • Third parties such as suppliers and partners who help us fulfill our contractual obligations.

    • Public authorities when required by law.

  • We use both Norwegian and international partners for data storage and processing. We ensure that all data transfers are in accordance with privacy regulations and that the data is well protected.

  • We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes of the processing. We will then delete it, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer.

  • You have the right to:

    • Information about how we process your information.

    • Access to information we have about you.

    • Correction of incorrect information.

    • Deletion of information (right to be forgotten).
